Wall AirConditioner

Doesn't anyone have any suggestion on how to cover up a wall airconditioner? I live in an apartment and they actually cut a hole in the wall and stuck a window airconditioner in it. It has moulding around it like a window. Like thats gonna make it look better... It is located between the floor and a window vertically, just to give you an idea. About a foot or a foot and a half off the floor and about 3 feet wide. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you could cover it with some wood to make it looks like a cabinet with its size, it may be a cabinet for shoes or you can make it actually a cabinet, a half for the airconditioner and a half for store shoes Hope it can help
